Apply Pressure and Challenges Become Lesser!

I watched a movie called “Golden Mind” during Memorial Day weekend, and the phrase came to me for the blog. The challenges the boy faced in the movie motivated him more, and he went from being poor to being wealthy. 2 Peter 3:9 says that “God is not slack concerning His promises like we are.” Hebrews 11:6 says, “He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Proverbs 4:23 says to keep your heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life.” New Living Translation: Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.

I noticed in the movie that the boy kept speaking about what he wanted no matter how the situation looked. He cries, suffers embarrassment, and faces some other challenges in the movie. However, he remained steadfast in walking in love, integrity, trusting God, working hard, and being a great steward of what he had.

Hebrews 10:23 King James Version:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

1 Corinthians 15 Amplified Version: 58 Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord [always doing your best and doing more than is needed], being continually aware that your labor [even to the point of exhaustion] in the Lord is not futile nor wasted [it is never without purpose].

Our Father in the faith, Abraham, is a great example. We are the seed of Abraham through our faith in Jesus.

Romans 4:17-25NIV Version: 17 As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our Father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” 19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. 20 Yet, he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21 being fully persuaded that God had the power to do what he had promised. 22 This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness.” 23 The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, 24 but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification.

How long will we be slack concerning the purpose God has us here on earth? A cut on a person or a wound continues to bleed out until pressure is applied. We will still stay in the same miserable state until we apply the pressure of God’s word with action.

Apply pressure, and challenges become lesser!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for sending your Son Jesus to go through the pain of the cross so I can have eternal life with God. I repent for being lazy concerning the promises of God and His purpose. He has me here on earth. I guard my heart daily, for it determines the course of my life. I speak life and call things that be not as though they already are. I do not waiver in my faith, no matter what the challenges are. I give glory to God and grow stronger in my faith. I continue in the world, then I will know the truth, and the truth sets me free from every challenge I face. I am a wise steward over what I have, and more will be given. I remain in love, integrity, and work to bring glory to God. It is done in Jesus’ name! Amen!

The Situation is Dire. Lift Jesus Higher!

Dire: A situation or event that is extremely serious or urgent.

As I was praising God, the phrase came to me for the blog. We are truly living in the last days. Things in the world are becoming worse by the day. However, for the people who have a relationship with God, who accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, life is brighter with the manifested glory flowing through them.

2 Timothy 3:1-5 CEB Version: Understand that the last days will be dangerous times. People will be selfish and love money. They will be the kind of people who brag and who are proud. They will slander others, and they will be disobedient to their parents. They will be ungrateful, unholy, 3 unloving, contrary, and critical. They will be without self-control and brutal, and they won’t love what is good. They will be people who are disloyal, reckless, and conceited. They will love pleasure instead of loving God. They will look like they are religious but deny God’s power. Avoid people like this.

Remember during urgent times, we must fix our gaze on Jesus who is the author and finisher of our faith. Let God arise and the enemies be scattered (Psalm 68;1) through our praise, love, and the manifested glory of God in our lives as believers. Isaiah 59:19 NIV Version: 19 So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.

Let us as believers live boldly for Jesus Christ. God has given us the spirit, love, power and a sound mind (the mind of Christ). Isaiah 60:1-2 NIV Version: “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.

Believers, let your light shine so people can see your good works and glorify our Father in heaven. Click link of blog Win Souls, That is The Goal. Let the love of God shine like never before. Let us be like the churches in Acts through overcoming challenges in our lives and coming out like pure gold, telling others about the goodness of God. Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand.

The situation is dire. Lift Jesus Higher!

Prayer: Lord, your name is higher than any situation or problem I face. You are the Great I Am; the most High God! As the world gets darker, I look up for my redemption draws near. I let God arise and the enemies of sin, hate, debt, sickness, depression, and fear are scattered through my praise and obedience to God. I repent of every sin known and unknown in my life. I lay aside every weight of sin and challenges in my life that keeps me from God. I run the race looking to Jesus the author and finisher of my faith. In Jesus name! Amen.

No Matter The Devil’s Ploy, Keep Your Inner Joy

The definition of a ploy is a tactic intended to embarrass or frustrate an opponent, a cunning plan or action designed to turn a situation to one’s advantage. The devil is like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour through media, entertainment/music, killing, stealing, and destroying anything good and godly. We must recognize His tactics and schemes, so we won’t let them steal our joy. Things will happen here on earth that you have no words for. Jesus said in this world; you will have tribulation but be of good cheer because I have overcome the world (John 16:33). To be an overcomer, you must overcome something. Jesus took our grief, sorrow, pain, and bruises. Humiliation sickness and nailed it on the cross (Isaiah 53). That means we do not have to carry it; we give it to God. We can

experience joy even during pain.

In the book of Acts, I read how people living for God suffered, were in chains, beaten for sharing the gospel, and still had joy because they knew the reward was great. Therefore, they focused their attention on God. They praised God while

in chains and rejoiced, which is not the usual response that a person would do. However, in the book of Acts, healing, miracles, signs, and wonders followed them, and thousands of people gave their lives to Jesus daily.

James 1: 2-3 NIV Version: 2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, three because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Joy can only come from God. It is eternal. Solomon, the wisest man in the bible that ever lived, said it best In Ecclesiastes 2. Solomon said he had all that money could buy, but it was useless because when

you die, you can’t take it with you, and other people will enjoy the fruits of your labor. He said wisdom and happiness are useless when godly people go through suffering. This is what Solomon concluded in Ecclesiastes

2:24-26 Easy Read Version: The best thing people can do is eat, drink, and enjoy the work they must do. I also saw that this comes from God. 26 If people do good and please God, he will give them wisdom, knowledge, and joy.

But those who sin will get only the work of gathering and carrying things. So God takes from the wrong person and gives to the good person. But all this work is useless. It is like trying to catch the wind.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 New Living Translation: 17 For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! 18 So, we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; instead, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. The things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.

Please read my past blog/click the link Fix Your Gaze, You’ll Be Amazed!

No matter the devil’s ploy, keep your inner joy!

Prayer: Lord, I thank you for being the beginning and the end. I am convinced neither life nor death, blessing or cursing, or things to come will separate me from the love of God. I fix my gaze on you. I refuse to let the devil steal my joy. I repent for allowing situations to get me stressed out and frustrated. I rejoice in tribulation because I know greater is on the way. I am an overcomer because Jesus has overcome; I can have joy. Thank you, God, for your manifested glory in my life. In Jesus’ name! Amen

Agree To Disagree And Live In Harmony.

The phrase for the blog came to me at a meeting at work on diversity. One of the instructors mentioned how she still loved the people in her neighborhood despite having different beliefs but still shared some things in common. She stayed firm in her faith and agreed to disagree. As believers in Jesus, we can share Jesus with people, but it doesn’t mean that everyone will accept it. We should live a life of love and let people see the power of God operating through us. God doesn’t force us to do what we don’t want. He gives us a choice. Some people wonder why evil happens on earth. It is because the person chose to sin, and others suffered because of it. God is not a person who should lie(Numbers 23:19). He can’t give us a choice and control what others do. It contradicts his word. We, as believers in Jesus, should do the same.

Romans 12:18 NIV If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

1 Timothy 2:1-3 Easy Read Version: First, I ask that you pray for all people. Ask God to bless them and give them what they need. And give thanks. 2 You should pray for rulers and all who have authority. Pray for these leaders so we can live quiet and peaceful lives—lives full of devotion to God and respect for him. 3 This is good and pleases God our Savior.

We meet people from all walks of life that are raised differently and view things differently. The greatest commandment is to love. We can share Jesus with people. If they reject it, pray for them and live the life before them. I am a concert person. Music unites people no matter what background we have. How different songs got someone through challenges or a happy occasion is incredible. You see other races and a diverse variety of styles at a concert. To see the love for the artist’s music and everyone together is all love. It is like living in harmony. We were made to love. Just because someone doesn’t support you because of their belief doesn’t mean they don’t love you. I love the story my sister tells me about a coworker who didn’t believe in God, but they shared the same interest in music. My sister would say to anyone, “That is your thing, not mine.” Her coworker now believes in Jesus. She didn’t have to say much to her about her faith. She was there for her when she was going through a tough time, and I loved her. God didn’t send His Son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through Him may be saved (John 3:17). It is a true sign that we are God.

Agree to disagree and live in harmony!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for putting a new song in my heart. God, you have set before me life and death, blessing and cursing. I choose life. I repent for not walking in love, allowing political and religious beliefs to view people wrongly, and getting into arguments and debates. I pray for all people so I can live a quiet and peaceable life. The greatest commandment is love. I live the life of God’s love. God, you are not willing that any should perish, but all come to repentance. God, continue to work on my heart. I was hoping you could help me see people the way you see them and view things through my spiritual eyes, not the natural ones. I thank you for the victory in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Keep Out of Danger And Handle The Anger!

Anger is not a bad thing when it is appropriately handled. Ephesians 4:26 in the Amplified Version says it best: BE ANGRY [at sin—at immorality, at injustice, at ungodly behavior], YET DO NOT SIN; do not let your anger [cause you shame, nor allow it to] last until the sun goes down.

Healthy anger is being angry at injustice and ungodly behavior destroying people, which provokes us to take a stand. Unhealthy anger is everything that irritates you and provokes you to anger, holding things in until you explode—going to bed angry or depressed. My Aunt Mary mentioned that a person’s teaching she listened to said that depression is anger turned inward. We have to confront issues. She has taught me how to be confrontational, to express to someone when they have hurt me, whether it was intentional or not. Talk to a godly counselor, friend, or mentor to deal with your anger.

I observed that when my dad got angry, he would take a drive until he could think and judge things. It is also good to write things down and read them out. I would do that, and the Holy Spirit would correct me if it were out of line. I vent to God a lot, and it has helped me like David would cry out and let God know his current state of mind. Also, praise and worship transform you and uproots anything that is not like God. The right music is a powerful tool to drive out evil spirits, as David did by playing music for Saul. The wrong type of music can provoke evil behavior. James 1:19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. If we mess up, repent and ask God to help us.

Read 1 Corinthians 13 every day. Love is true love when it is tested. It is easy to love someone that loves you back. I learned a valuable lesson at 16 years of age. At the place I worked for as a summer job, I gave someone 10 dollars, and she gave me 10 dollars back the same day. It came to me that I didn’t give anything because I got it right back. 1 Corinthians 13 says love is patient, which means your patience has to be tested for you to be truly patient. Love is kind when someone is mean to you; you remain kind. Love is not easily angered; there was an opportunity for you to get angry, but you controlled yourself. Start viewing 1 Corinthians 13 in that way and ask yourself, am I walking in love? To be an overcomer, you have to overcome something. Viewing love in this way will make you do a heart search.

I have seen a tv show called “Snapped.” These women had no prior record, were stand-up citizens, but snapped when their lover had an affair and killed that person. It was their first offense. That is how dangerous not dealing with anger properly is. My Aunt Mary told me about Moses and how he had an anger problem. He parted the Red Sea, was a man of God who got instruction from God and saw God’s glory but had an anger problem. Moses in the bible disobeyed God and struck the rock when God told Moses to speak to the rock in Numbers 20. Moses was angry with the people because they were disobedient. Because of his anger, God told him he would not go into the Promised Land. In Exodus 2, Moses watched his people get beaten by an Egyptian and forced labor them. When Moses got a chance alone with him, he beat him to death. He hid the Egyptian man’s body in the sand. Someone saw him and Moses ran to keep from getting murdered.

Certain people can test you more than others. We, as believers, must examine ourselves daily. Joseph in Genesis Chapters 37-50 is an excellent example of walking in love after everything his family did to him. He was thrown in prison for something he didn’t do but still operated his gift. He went from the bottom to the top. He went from being a slave to a ruler, a prisoner to a free man. Joseph kept focusing on God and the purpose he had for him. He remained in love and helped his family during a famine even after his brothers sold him into slavery.

Keep out of danger and handle the anger!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for the love you have shown us by sending your Son Jesus to die on the cross to save me from sin and death. God, I repent for allowing anger to control me. I examine myself daily concerning living a life of love. I get angry at the devil, injustice, and evil causing destruction. I will not be overcome by evil, but I overcome evil with good. I pray for those who spitefully use me and say evil about me. Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do. I let my life of love transform the people around me and me. I am overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony. I am an overcomer because I overcome every evil done to me and let my life be a living testimony of your goodness and glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen

When You Are Under Attack, God’s Got Your Back!

God is amazing. God gave my dad the phrase for the blog while reading Psalm 91. Thank God for daily bread and new mercies every morning. Like a natural mother who cares, protects, corrects, gives, and loves their child/children, God is the same way about His children. All we have to do is come to Him. As children and adults, we have been disobedient to our mothers and suffered the consequences. However, our mother would still accept us as God does. Jesus said if you come to me, I will not cast you aside (John 6:37). There is protection under the covering of a godly and loving mother. It is the same with God. Certain traps and situations we could have avoided if we had listened. God’s got our back like a mother does when we are under attack. We can run to Him for safety and refuge.
Psalm 91:1-3 Easy Read Version: You can go to God Most High to hide. You can go to God All-Powerful for protection.2 I say to the Lord, “You are my place of safety, my fortress. My God, I trust in you.” 3 God will save you from hidden dangers and deadly diseases.4 You can go to him for protection. He will cover you like a bird spreading its wings over its babies. You can trust him to surround and protect you like a shield.
We all have things we go through sometimes. Specific attacks can leave us feeling helpless. The good news is when we run to God instead of away from God. He protects and keeps your sanity. An influential evangelist Marilyn Hickey said, when you go through attacks, “You don’t want to backslide, you want to in slide” to God and to people who can help you. We need each other. Get godly counsel from a person you can trust. The word says to rejoice when you come under attack for living godly because we know the reward is great.
It could be something you have done to open the door to the attack. Our nature when we have done something wrong is to hide and isolate ourselves, as Adam and Eve did in the Garden of Eden. However, it only makes things worse. Instead, go to God and the person you have wronged to confess what you’ve done wrong. Get a person you can trust that has the wisdom of godly counsel. A person that will not condemn you but correct you in love as a mother does. Pastor Gaines said there had been times in the bible where people repented and cried out to God, and God overturned His judgment on them. A mother does the same thing.
Psalm 91:14-16 Easy Read Version: 14 The Lord says, “If someone trusts me, I will save them.I will protect my followers who call to me for help.15 When my followers call to me, I will answer them. I will be with them when they are in trouble.I will rescue them and honor them.16 I will give my followers a long life and show them my power to save.”
Mothers say, “If you had trusted me, I could have protected you.” Children cry out to their mothers, and they come to their rescue. God is the same way. Read Psalm 91 in its entirety.
When you are under attack, God’s got your back!
Prayer: Lord, thank you for being the Great I am. Thank you for loving me like a mother unconditionally. I rejoice when I come under attack for living godly because it is for your glory and the reward is great. God, I repent for doing things on my own and not trusting you. I repent for any attacks I am experiencing that I caused, allowing the devil access to bring havoc to my life. I ask for your grace and mercy. I cry out to you, and you rescue me from trouble. I give you the praise, glory, and honor in Jesus’ name! Amen.

Get Out Of Your Head, And You Will Be Fed!

The title was a powerful Rhema word God gave my sister as we were listening to a gospel teacher dealing with God’s glory. A lot of us, as believers, quickly received our salvation. We didn’t hesitate after we confessed our sins and asked Jesus to come into our hearts to be the ruler of our lives. We believed with our hearts in the resurrection of Jesus, and then salvation came. However, we begin reasoning and questioning everything else in the word of God, and we miss the glorified life God wants us to have as believers. God’s word is spirit and life. If we read the word of God and be open to the Holy Spirit for revelation knowledge, we will lack no good thing. All of God’s promises are settled. We have to decide it in our hearts by renewing our minds to the word of God. It comes with meditating and listening to the word daily to uproot images that are not of God.

Matthew 6:25-26 King James Version:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not life more than meat, and the body than raiment?26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

God led me to a teaching about God taking care of us as believers. He brought out that the sparrow doesn’t sow or reap, yet God still provides for them. It means I don’t have to give anything for God to take care of me. God will provide for me regardless because He loves me. The word of God says we are worth more than the sparrows. God doesn’t need money to provide for us. Money is manufactured on printed paper and steel. Your money may be worth less in certain areas and more in other regions. It is what the market says the money is worth. Money is just a tool to exchange goods and services. However, you can not put a price on us. Jesus already paid the highest price through his son Jesus’ Blood. We should be like a child and a bird and not think about God providing for us. We know because God loves us as a mother or Father loves their child/children.

God has the silver, gold, cattle, and land/wealth; anything that is on the Earth, God can provide to us. All we have to do is trust Him. He will provide for us how he wants to provide. He can work through people, money, the earth, or however he wants to provide for us. Isaiah 55 says, come to God without money, listen to Him and get the best God has for you. We only need to trust God, take Him at His word, and get out of our heads.

Isaiah 55 8-9 8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth,so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

God gives me the phrases for the blog. Sometimes he works through another person to provide the term, a dream while I am sleeping, listening to an anointed preacher/teacher of the word of God, through laughter, and the list goes on. Then, I give it over to God, and it just flows. Remember, God’s yoke is easy and burden light. God entrusted me to do the blog in 2018, and the phrases keep coming. God is amazing. We should do the same in every area of our lives, and we can experience heaven on earth. God, your kingdom come. You will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We don’t tithe or read the bible to get something out of God. We tithe, read our bibles and give out of obedience to God because we love Him because He first loved us. We sow to advance the kingdom of God and the purpose he has for us here on earth as God leads us. Any issue you have is in the word of God. Seek His kingdom concerning your situation. He can handle it. He has the answer and provides the way. Spend time in worship, quiet time, and reading the word of God for Him to reveal the purpose he has you here on the earth. God revealed to me to write a blog by spending time with Him. I learned my purpose here on earth is to uplift and encourage people through the word of God.

When we realize how much God loves us and that we don’t have to do anything for God to provide for us, God’s manifested glory operates in our lives. All we have to do is trust and let Him lead and guide us. He has left the Holy Spirit with us. Because God is our Shepherd, we have all we need.

Get out of your head, and you will be fed!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for putting me here for your purpose. God, I spend time with you in worship and reading your word because the word is God. I repent for being worried about you providing for me. God, you are my Shepherd, and I don’t have to want anything. I repent of operating out of the spirit of mammon, putting money and other things in place of you being God in my life. I repent for giving and doing something with the wrong heart. I love you because you first love me. I trust you to provide for me however you want to provide. I receive everything you have done for me on the cross. My life is worth more than money and the sparrows. I thank you for your manifested glory in my life. I get out of my head and renew my mind to the word of God. I have the mind of Christ. I do my best according to the word of God and trust God for the rest! I let you be God in every area of my life. In Jesus’ name! Amen.

The Exciting Journey Has Begun, Living In The Son

Many of us as believers have been tricked by the devil into believing living a life for God is boring. It is causing a lot of us to be tempted into the life of sin. Remember, the devil wants you to take the bait to miss eternity with God. We know from the previous blog that the devil is the Father of lies, a thief that kills, steals, and destroys. The devil does it through our minds and through the airwaves of media because he is the prince of the power of the air. God gives us all things to enjoy richly. However, to get everlasting and outstanding results we have to do it the kingdom way.

Ephesians 5:18 HCSB Translation: 18 And don’t get drunk with wine, which leads to reckless actions, but be filled by the Spirit.

Getting drunk only has a temporary high with harmful side effects: hangover, doing shameful and self-destructive things that you will regret later. God’s high is everlasting. We are created for the supernatural. People get high or drunk because there is a spiritual void. I went to high school with a guy who always came to school high. One day he said he went to church and experienced the presence of God. He said it was a feeling he couldn’t explain. He said it was better than getting high. Everyone started laughing at him, saying he was probably high again. They were right: he was high off the presence of God. I have experienced it, and there is nothing like it. Deliverance comes. Boldness comes. God reveals secrets and dreams to me. I have my own heavenly language. It is an exciting and amazing journey. We can deal with many challenges that come our way when we are on a spiritual high. We are spiritual beings with different gifts and abilities. Stay filled with the Spirit by being in the presence of God and spending time with Him to tap into the supernatural realm..

John 7:37 Message Version: Jesus took his stand. He cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Rivers of living water will brim and spill out of the depths of anyone who believes in me this way, just as the Scripture says.”

People are thirsty for something higher, but drugs, alcohol, or sex will not quench our thirst because we are spiritual beings housed in a natural body. Only God can satisfy us. Psalm 34:8 says taste and see that the Lord is good. We have to experience Him for ourselves by hearing, reading, speaking, worshipping, and spending time alone with Him. There is nothing like it. God gave me the blog through spending time with Him in worship. He spoke to me. I obeyed Him. As I was sleeping, God told me to do a blog. Now, I have an online store with phrases to encourage and uplift people. He is still revealing things to me concerning inventions to motivate people. I am grateful and amazed at the goodness of God.

Living for God doesn’t come without sacrifice. However, God sacrificed His only Son for us. Any movie or television show without any obstacles, showing everything going well all the time, is boring. The good news is God is with us through every challenge if we lean, trust, and hold on to His goodness. When things get complicated, we can count on God to see us through.

Matthew 11:29-30 King James Version: 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

The woman at the well in John 4 is an example of filling a spiritual void through several relationships with men.

John 4:13-18 NIV Version: 13 Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, 14 but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” 15 The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water so that I won’t get thirsty and have to keep coming here to draw water.” 16 He told her, “Go, call your husband and come back.” 17 “I have no husband,” she replied.Jesus said to her, “You are right when you say you have no husband. 18 The fact is, you have had five husbands, and the man you now have is not your husband. What you have just said is quite true.”

Only God can satisfy your longing soul better than a marriage or a relationship can ever do. Please read John 4 in its entirety. The woman at the well went and told others about Jesus. Once you are free and experience God for yourself, you can tell others about the goodness of God.

Solomon was also someone that realized at the end of his life, after having many women, wealth, and wisdom, that it was all vanity. Solomon said in Ecclesiastes 1 that he has seen everything and that there was nothing new under the sun because he did everything he desired. In Ecclesiastes 8:15, Solomon concluded that the best thing in life is to enjoy people, the fruits of your labor, and most importantly, to love God. This is living: making God first, enjoying the fruits of your work, and enjoying people.

The exciting journey has begun, living in the Son!

Prayer: God, I thank you for creating me to glorify you. Nothing can satisfy me as you can. I repent for filling the spiritual void with things that can only give me a temporary high. Every challenge I encounter, I give it to you because your yoke is easy, and the burden is light. God, I put you first, enjoy the fruits of my labor, and enjoy people. A life without God and your Spirit living in me is meaningless and all vanity. I taste of your good God and walk in the supernatural. I give you the glory and honor! In Jesus’ name, Amen!

God’s Glory Is Shown, When We Roll Away The Stone!

People are celebrating today the resurrection of Jesus. Jesus took all our sins on the cross, suffered pain, and died. Thank God He rose again so we can live a new life through Him. Many of us as believers accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior of our lives. However, to live in the power of God and have victory over sin, we must roll away the stone of how we used to live. We must live the kingdom way to experience God’s promises for us in His word.

Romans 12:12: 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

It is an everyday thing renewing the mind to God’s kingdom. I mentioned on the previous blog to be sober and vigilant because the devil is like a roaring lion seeking a person to devour. Renewing the mind to the word of God every day is the way to be vigilant (watch & pray). Matthew 26:41: “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

2 Corinthians 10:5 Easy Read Version: we tear down every proud idea that raises itself against the knowledge of God. We also capture every thought and make it give up and obey Christ.

Our mind is like a garden. We can’t accept the bait the devil brings to our minds that is contrary to the word of God. Immediately cast the thought down with the word of God. Do not let the ideas that are not of God linger. To take every thought captive means putting the thought under God’s control and not letting it control you. 1 Corinthians 2:16 says: We have the mind of Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:17 New King James Version: 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Once you have accepted Christ as Lord and Savior, you roll away the stone of a life of death and destruction. You are now resurrected to live in life and peace. When you fall short, confess, repent, and live under the grace; of the life, Jesus died for. Click the link and read the blog “The Inner Man Is New; Now Work On The Other Part Of You” Paul said in 1 Corinthians 15:31 I die daily. It is a constant dying to the life of sin/flesh and living a life of God.

If you are not saved, you forfeit eternity with Jesus and are doomed to a life of damnation with the devil. Accept God now. Repent of your sins. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. Believe in your heart that Christ was raised from the dead. You are now in the kingdom family. Continue to renew your mind to kingdom living. Ask God to help you in areas you fall short. Live the glorified life that Jesus died for. Let God’s kingdom come! His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

God’s glory is shown when we roll away the stone!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for making me a new creation through your Son Jesus’ crucifixion. I walk in the newness of life so that your glory is manifested in my life that draws others into the kingdom of God. I die daily to my sinful nature and renew my mind to the word of God. I take every thought that is not in line with God’s word and cast it down with the word of God. So help me, God, in areas where I have a challenge. I live the resurrected life and roll away the stone of my old life. Thanks be to God, who always causes me to triumph through Him. In Jesus’ name! Amen!
