The natural realm it can be dark, humiliating, disappointing, devastating, and depressing. It can look like the dark cycle will never end. However, looking at the situation according to what the word of God says (which is the way, the truth, the light) can manifest heaven on earth when chaos is all around us. Faith comes by hearing which means it’s not a one time thing. What are we as believers listening to? If we want our faith to increase, then hearing the word of God must increase for our faith to grow up like a tree.
Romans 10:14-17 New King James: 14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:“How beautiful are the feet of those who [b]preach the gospel of peace,
Who bring glad tidings of good things!”16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” 17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Mark 4:24 Holman Translation: 23 If anyone has ears to hear, he should listen!” 24 Then He said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear. By the measure you use, it will be measured and added to you. 25 For to the one who has, it will be given, and from the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken away.”
Proverbs 4:20-27 Message Translation: 20-22 Dear friend, listen well to my words;
tune your ears to my voice. Keep my message in plain view at all times.
Concentrate! Learn it by heart! Those who discover these words live, really live;
body and soul, they’re bursting with health.23-27 Keep vigilant watch over your heart;
that’s where life starts.
Matthew 13:23 Amplified: 23 And the one on whom seed was sown on the good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands and grasps it; he indeed bears fruit and yields, some a hundred times [as much as was sown], some sixty [times as much], and some thirty.
Personal testimony: Last year I was feeling symptoms almost similar to Covid. I was meditating and listening to teaching on healing even while I was sleeping. I begin to praise God like Psalm 103 and remembering the benefits Jesus took on the cross for my healing. The song came to me “Come on in the room.” I was singing that song and praising God. The next day the majority of the symptoms were gone. By the third day I was back to normal.
Do not look at how it is appearing. Faith comes by hearing!
Prayer: Thank you God for giving us everything pertaining to life and godliness. I increase my faith by listening to the word daily for my faith to grow. I hold on to the word to receive my breakthrough. In Jesus’s name Amen!
