Push Through The Pain. God Will Send The Rain!

The phrase came to my dad for the blog. He told me when you push through the emotions and go on through difficulty, the end result is great. I began rejoicing when my dad told me this. Jesus went through pain for us on the cross, and in the end, many souls are saved from hell.

The woman with the issue of blood for 12 years in Mark 5:25-34 pushed through the crowd to get to Jesus. She kept saying if she could touch the hem of His garment, I know I will be made whole. She touched the hem of His garment, and immediately she was healed. Jesus said her faith made her whole.

The Shunammite woman in 2 Kings 4 did like the woman with the issue of blood. When dealing with her son’s death, she kept saying, “All is well,” and pressed through. She went to the prophet Elisha & her son came back to life.

Both women kept speaking by faith and applied action while dealing with painful and hopeless situations. Read the blog “When Going Through Hell, Say All Is Well. ” It gives strategies on how to handle trials.

In Joel 2, the people repented, cried out to God, fasted, and God sent the former and latter rain on the land. In this world, we need the former and later rain. Repent, fast, and cry out to God; He will send the rain. Read Joel 2 and meditate on it for the government, lost souls, evil, and disobedience in this world. Return to God, and He will restore the land.

Push through the pain. God will send the rain!

Prayer: God, I thank you for being living water and the living word. God, I push through to get to the other side by faith. I repent for getting into my emotions, becoming stagnant, and giving up in the middle of my pain. I speak life into my painful situations with the word of God. I allow the word to take root in my heart, moving to action. I return to God, and he restores to me everything that is lost. I thank you for the rain. In Jesus’ name! Amen.
