The title for this blog came to me Friday morning. I was ordering online and
putting the items in cart. The items remained in the cart until I paid for them
with my card. The spiritual world is the same; nothing leaves heaven unless
something is done on earth.
Matthew 18:18 says, whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven,
whatever you loose on earth is loosed in heaven.
Instead of putting up with sickness when it comes on you, tackle it with the
word of God by saying “With the stripes of Jesus we were
healed” (Isaiah 53:3), which means we are already healed. Apply
action with it by getting up, putting the word before your eyes, taking a
supplement, or going to the doctor. Then the healing comes. I did this many
times when a symptom of sickness would come. I read the word, made my
confession, got up like it was already done and the healing came. The
lepers in Luke 17 were cleansed as they went. They made an exchange.
They walked their faith out literally.
Some say, “I wish I had good friends.” They that want a friend
must show themselves friendly (Proverbs 18:24). Others may say “I wish I
had money to give” or “When I get some money I will give to
others.” My Aunt Mary would tell me “Stop wishing on a wishbone and
get a backbone.” Jesus asked Moses “What is in your hand?” Moses
used the staff he had, and God did the supernatural. David used 5 smooth stones,
speaking, and trusting in God to defeat the giant Goliath. He put the super on
the natural. . He didn’t wait. He ran towards the giant and defeated him. Job
went through a very trying time, but he made and exchange when he prayed for
his friends in Job 42:10 and God delivered him. What do you have at your house
to give? You can give of your time, prayer, material things, and gifting to
help someone. My Aunt Mary would say “Do something lest you do
nothing.”
When God sees you using what you have, He will bless you with more. I
noticed that the more I give, the more I must give. Pastor Gaines last Sunday said,
“We give to give, not to get.” Pastor Gaines also stated God gives
towards the need, not our greed. God blesses us so we can be a blessing to
others.
Ecclesiastes 11:4 Living Translation says Farmers who wait for
perfect weather never plant. If they watch every cloud, they never harvest.
The conditions will never be right if you wait. My grandmother would say
“Wait broke the bridge down.” Something will always come up. Even God
gave His only Son Jesus and in exchange we have eternal life. All we must do is
receive Him (John 3:16). If God did this, so can we. We are no better than God.
You do nothing, you get nothing.
Things remains the same until we make an exchange!
Prayer: God, thank you for your
word because it gives light and understanding even to the simple according to
Psalm 119:130. God, you gave your Son Jesus to die for us so that we can have
eternal life. The least I can do is trust you with my life and give it as an
offering to you. I repent for putting off what I can do today. I repent for
allowing circumstances and conditions to keep me in the state I am in. I choose
to move forward by using what I have and trusting you to provide for me. God
you are my Shephard, I want for nothing. You told me to give and it will be
given to me good measures, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over
people will give to me according to Luke 6:38. I give you the praise in Jesus
name! Amen.
Glory Hallelujah for such a mighty word of push and charge. I needed to read this because I am often one wishing and planning and waiting and end up oftentimes doing nothing.
Thank you for this word!
God bless you for your obedience and wisdom.
Thank God for others pushing me to act. To God Be The Glory!
