The closer you get to your miracle, the devil will throw things your way to make you give up. The pressure comes and the enemy wants to steal what you have already built by getting you to speak doubt about the situation rather than the word of God.
Job in the bible is a great example of going through many trials one after the other: death of his family in a fire, health failure, etc… but he still trusted God even though he did not understand.
Job 23:10-12 New King James Version 10 But He knows the way that I take;
When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold.11 My foot has held fast to His steps; I have kept His way and not turned aside 12 I have not departed from the commandment of His lips; I have treasured the words of His mouth
More than my necessary food.
What Job said sounds familiar with scriptures in the bible.
Matthew 4: 4 ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'”
Joshua 1:8-9 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, which you may observe according to all written in it. For then, you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
We must take care of the spirit part of us to survive in this world, just like we take care of the natural body. We need spiritual food every day, or we will spiritually starve, and it will take effect on the outside. We cannot do one without the other.
Because Job trusted God even though he did not understand, he came out of the test gaining double. So God gives us double for our trouble. We must go through the process, and then like Job; we will come out as pure gold. Trust God as Job did. He did not turn from God’s word; he treasured it like natural food. God is with us; we look to Him. He is the author and finisher of our faith.
1 John 5:4 Amplified Version: For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world, and this is the victory that has conquered and overcomes the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].
Stick with the process until it manifests!
Prayer: Lord, I thank you for being my faith’s author and finisher. God, I endure to the end and come out as pure gold. I repent for letting my circumstance get the best of me. I treasure your word like natural food and receive all you have for me. God, with your help and the Holy Spirit in me, I will get to the other side. Christ is in me, the hope of glory! Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name! Amen!
