The definition of honor is high respect, great esteem.
The meaning for forerunner: a sign or warning of something to come.
We show God high respect by obeying his word and God can trust us with inside secrets which are the things to come.
Deuteronomy 28 says: If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands, I give you today, the Lord God will set you on high above all the nations on the earth. All these blessings will come on you and overtake you if you obey the Lord your God.
Isaiah 55 says: Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters, and you who have no money, come buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.
Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and you will delight in the richest of fare.
Give God honor, He’ll make you the forerunner!
