When It Seems There is No Choice, Take Your Victory By Force!

It is time to take what is rightfully ours.

Matthew 11:14 says the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.

I am reminded of the paralyzed man In Luke 5, starting at verse 18, who had friends carrying him on a mat so he could receive his healing. Jesus was teaching, and there was a great crowd. The paralyzed man and his friends had difficulty getting through to Jesus because of the crowd. However, that did not stop them; they saw the roof, went through it, carried him in, and laid their friend in front of Jesus. When Jesus saw their faith, he forgave them and told them to rise and walk. The paralyzed man immediately got up and walked, glorifying God.

When the heat turns up, we turn up higher and fight the good fight of faith. If we get off course, repent and get back up. The word of God says a righteous man falls seven times and gets back up again.

I am also reminded of Jacob in Genesis 32, starting at verse 24, how he wrestled with an angel in human form. He wrestled until daybreak, and the angel said to let him go. Jacob did not give up. He said I would not let go until you blessed me. The angel blessed Jacob and changed his name to Israel because he prevailed against God and man. Prevail means to prove more powerful than opposing forces; be victorious. It also means to persuade someone to do something.

Our motto in slang is “stay wit it, ’til you git it.”  With God on our side, we cannot lose if we walk in love and stay in faith.

Thanks be to God, who always causes us to triumph!

When it seems there is no choice, take your victory by force!

Prayer: God, I thank you that I am victorious through you. God, you always cause me to triumph through you. I no longer put up with being without what God has promised me. I am like Jacob; I will not let go of God until you bless me. You reward those who I diligent. I stay with the process until I receive the manifestations. I thank you in advance for it, In Jesus’ name! Amen.
