Hold On It Won’t Be Long: When You Are Weak, You Are Strong

It is easy to say any and everything that comes to our minds when we get into our emotions and feelings.

James 1:19 New King James Version says 19 So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.

Proverbs 18:21 Easy Read Version says 21 The tongue can speak words that bring life or death. Therefore, those who love to talk must be ready to accept what it brings.

Words are spirits, bringing life to create what is on the earth. Just like God spoke to make things on the earth, we can too.

It is easy to speak the negative things rather than words that bring life.

Matthew 12:34 New King James Version says 34 Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.

Speaking and meditating on the word of God is the way to uproot the bad seeds sown in our hearts.

Ask God to put a check on your spirit if you say things that are out of line with the word of God.

Job 6:24 Easy Read Version Says 24 “So now, teach me, and I will be quiet. Show me what I have done wrong.

Speak and meditate on the word of God; when the pressure comes, the words of life will come out of your heart.

If you say something negative and realize what you have said, speak crop failure to it.

Remember, with words; we create things in our world (good or bad).

Before you let anything slip, control your lip!

Prayer: Thank you, God, because I am made in your image and likeness. I can speak words of life to create and change my surroundings. God, I repent for letting words out of my mouth that have brought death. God put a guard over my mouth and watched the doors of my lips. Put a check in my spirit when I am saying something that does not line up with the word of God. I speak crop failure to any negative words I have spoken. I thank you in advance for the victory. In Jesus’ name! Amen.

  1. Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post. Taking the time
and actual effort to makee a superb article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a lot and nevver manage to
    gget nearly anything done. http://www.oursparkspace.cn/?p=26671

    1. I am glad you enjoyed it. The Bible says let the weak say I am strong. Instead of saying you procrastinate say I am getting my task done. Your words have power, you have what you say. Another thing you can say is “I don’t put off today for tomorrow because I don’t know what tomorrow will bring.
